I deleted CT and its settings and did a clean install. After that the first thing I did was install the two packages again. This time they showedup in the component bar.
Then I imported the IDE layout and Desktop again via the menu in CT and the two installed components were invisible again in the component bar.
So once more I deleted CT and reinstalled it, installed the components again an redid all my settings manually. This time the components are still there.
So it seems there is something wrong with my saved Desktop and/or Layout settings.
When all is setup correctly again I will export the Desktop and IDE layout again and hope the new saved settings will not cause me any trouble with the next upgrade.
So for now my problem is solved but leaves me with an uneasy feeling.

Now I did a number of reinstalls I really miss the possibility of selecting and compiling multiple packages in one go (especially in the 32-bit version which by default has only a number of packages installed).
Could you consider adding a selectbox per package in the "Package Files from List" window as a feature request for a next version, it would really speed up reinstalling packages?
Or is there already a simple way to select multiple package for installation in one run?
(There is the Install/Uninstall packages of course but via the list there is no such possibility)

Thanks Matis!
I never thought to look in CT Center.
Man, CT has so many places where you can set up things!
Next round I will check this one.

Mostly after receiving a simple solution to my questions I feel like an analog glider pilot in a fully computerized Typhoon, so many displays!

Thank you for your work! i use components: rxdbgrid, fpspreadsheet, sqldb(sqlite) - everything works ok. Little problem with lz_Report.
When trying to put an TfrRoundRectObject on the form, an error message takes off:

"[TCustomForm.SetFocus] frRoundRectForm:TfrRoundRectForm Can not focus.
Press OK to ignore and risk data corruption.
Press Abort to kill the program."

In a real task where it is used by clicking on OK, you can continue working and compile a project in which the object will function normally. there is no such error in version 7.3

My system Linux 4.19.0-16-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.19.181-1 (2021-03-19) x86_64 GNU/Linux

Best regards.
