i cant install brook framework how can install this package?

Typhon ide 32 bit. Win 10 typhon is last version i just download.

This package is not installed in default CT 6.9 32 bit IDE.
I think, you must goto Package->install/uninstall packages and install the framework.

Alternatively, if you are on win 64 bit, then you can build the big 32 bit IDE.
The latter is not possible on win 32, only on win 64 bit, because it needs about 3 GB of free memory.

However, you can build the big 32 bit IDE on win 64 and then copy the ct folder to a 32 bit machine.
