Ultra Web Server 3.7 bugs

- Nginx: change root folders don't work. Folders never really change.
- I cannot define Nginx as a primary webserver (and delete Apache if I wanted).
- Some unused elements can be successfully erased, but others leave unwanted remains and an element generates a crash (FileZilla).



- MySQL versions after 8.0.18 don't work: "Failed to find valid data directory. Data Dictionary initialization failed. Aborting"
- The option "Start-up pages/Display page1 at start-up" cannot be disabled via GUI, just by editing the configuration file.
- Typo: Elements "Mamager" -> Manager
- Typo: Stop ALL "suppored" servers -> supported
- PHP 8.0.3 (don't work):
    * Configuration files (.ini) refer to the "php_gd2.dll" extension, but the correct name for this version is "php_gd.dll".
    * Option "track_errors" no longer exists. Must be removed from ini files. Fatal error.
    * Missing extensions: "php_pdo_firebird.dll", "php_xmlrpc.dll". Not included, but enabled by default. Error.

Apache is the primary web server, we can't change this.

This working OK to LAB UWS version.

Steps to reproduce the problem: deselect the option. Close the program (GUI). Open it again. The option remains checked when returning.
