I would like to create a complex pizza-order interface for my clients (restaurants) that works in synchron with my APP.

Can somebody recommend a modern, easy to use, professional framework, that can be used with pascal?
(Instead of PHP, Java, Ruby, ...) Like AngularJS or similar.

Or should I forget about it, if I would like to implement modules like " Barion Creditcard payment plugin " or "Google Map" services and should start learning Java ?
All I've found (after 5 hours of search) are either 5-20000$ licence plugins, or noname, abandoned, 1-person developed Github repos...

- What do you guys use / recommend?
- What is mostly tested using UWS?

We build UWS and for this reason.

We test CodeTyphon pas2js library with UWS
but need work.
