Suggestions:

1 - add by default the dlls of xdebug, php_sqlsrv and php_pdo_sqlsrv.
2 - Enable xdebug by default in the development .ini file.

Info: As the "php_sqlsrv" and "php_pdo_sqlsrv" dlls can only be found officially in 32-bit (for PHP 5.6.x),
use the compiled 64-bit user-made by Jan-E from the ApacheLouge forum:
