In the first place, I'm pleased to see that the uniform project got a new and hopefully better development environment. There are a few things that concern me and needs attention. In the first place, after installing it my antivirus was finding infected files (Symantec, Webroot) (msmtp.exe). The email I got registering was marked red in my Spamdrain account. This site is not running under https, which is quite standard nowadays or should be.

1) We scan msmtp.exe for virus and it's clean, but it's an old version.
2) You can delete msmtp.exe. UWS will work without problem.
3) Yes our site is NOT https://, but we think this is not a problem.
We hope to solve this in next 6 months.

Please your OS ?

My OS is W7 (Symantec) and W10 (webroot). Symantec reports more issues, but is not quarantine files but just report. I was asked to look into the uniform config utility but the original dev was not available and although recompiling under Lazarus (original code) went well after some tweaks, I found some other issues which needed work. So I welcome any new life into this uniform server and hope you will maintain the same production requirements because that was the strong point of Uniform. If uniform works w.o. msmtp.exe then I would suggest that it will be removed from the install to avoid issues.
