I am a newbie with raspberry/linux and lazarus but CT make it possible to develop cross platform. And i know about pascal (delphi)
I could not find any serial component for serial communication. I see many components for GUI but little to none for hardware access. Like controlling USB devices, UART, etc.
I read about synaser, but how do i install that?

synaser.pas file is part of CodeTyphon pl_synapse package
you don't need to install anything.
