Well, the subject.
Try to create a new application with the TIdHttpProxyServer and you'll get this:
Semaphore init failed (possibly too many concurrent threads).

Press OK to ignore and risk data corruption.
Press Cancel to kill the program.

I'll provide any info which can help, but dunno which :)

The only thing I want to know is why UseCThreads was defined by default in CT 4.5 and earlier and isn't definned now?
