Is there a way to install the 64 bit version only ?

Yes
On Any Host OS:

a) CTCenter
1) Disable "MultiArch" from CTCenter =>CodeTyphon => Settings
2) CTCenter =>CodeTyphon => "Remove and build ALL"

OR

b)  Setup.bat or Setup.sh
Select (11) Multi-Architecture Setup
Select (0) No Multi-Architecture Mode
Select (8) Remove and build ALL
