When I create a new blank prj,and put a TListBox ,double click OnSelectionChange ,the error occour.
test on CT7.7 Lab Version

Try this FIX:

a) Replace 
C:\codetyphon\typhon\components\BaseCodeTools\finddeclarationtool.pas
with attach file.

b) Open and "Compile" package bs_codetools
c) Rebuild Typhon IDE
