Typhon64 always runs instead. I have a real need to build a 32-bit project on my 64-bit Windows 10 machine.

Normally CT installation build both Typhon32 and Typhon64, MultiArch ability.

My suggestion
open CT Center and build Typhon 32 BigIDE
If error exists read this
or attach here the CTCenter building log (zip first)

With 5.90 in my IDE apears only basic controls. In Typhon64 are full set, in Typhon32 only 8 tabs? And when I try to compile Typhon64 project with Typhon32 show me message, that components missing. With previously versions was not this issue. The same and Only Typhon32 instalation in Windows XP. Also not supported Windows Attach in IDE - to make one window environment.
Also in Windows 7 x64 I can not install directly and transfer from other computer. With previously 5.xx versions I was not this problem.

-You RAM ?

This is at 3 places with Windows:
1. 7x64 with 4GB RAM
2. XP with 3GB RAM
3. XP with 2GB RAM

When back install Typhon32 v5.80 I has not problem
Also has not problem with Typhon64 v5.90
But for now I need x32 programs

-first of all we stop the support to Windows XP
it's very old OS

-Second in CT 5.90 we use FPC 3.1.1 trunk with out "Patches" like CT 5.8.
The problem is that now FPC 3.1.1 trunk request 2xRam to build BigIDE.

The only solution is to
-build Typhon32 small IDE
-open Typhon32, select only the packages you need
-and rebuild IDE

But with x64 with the same RAM not problem.
I make as your decision with only need components.
Has not difference and under Windows 7. This in the setting for building Typhon32.
And how to save- transfer setting, to be equal in all places/versions?
-Window arangement, customisation of Ctrl+J code completition, color schemes and etc.

The same with Typhon32 probably I will tay with 5.80.
I reinstall some way with remove and build full IDE. Add Tools.
Under Win XP 32bit

On Win7x64 was installed full 32 bit components. I archive and copy to other x32 windows and work properly.
