Do You Know A Free Gif To Bitmap animation software Converter To Use with BmpBtControl Animated Control???

Because is very difficult to use a simple Gif In Typhon....so the way simple is to create an animated Bmp control...but how i ca n do?

do i must found a sprite maker??? any idea??
