Sir
something is not good but I can find what.
This problem is when Typhon32 don't find Settings files

Normally Typhon32 and Typhon64 must have the same files

HI,

I have the same problem for some versions (stable+lab) on the x64 version.
But I use only the 32bit version, so it is not a big deal for me.
I tried a fresh install (with all AppData cleared), but it doesn't change anything.
Nothing special in install scripts.
But at the end, there is the reference to (%AppData%) typhon32 instead of typhon64 in the c:\codetyphon\typhon\bin64\typhon.exe executable!
The only reference in source code is in c:\codetyphon\typhon\ide\include\win\lazbaseconf.inc, but the source is correct.
A compliation directive {$IFDEF CPU64} not taken correctly could be the only reason.
This one should have been declared in c:\codetyphon\typhon\ide\include\win64\lazconf.inc, but is not.
I added it this was:
{$DEFINE CPU64}
{$I ../win/lazbaseconf.inc}
But still nothing...

At the end I thought about another fact:
because I use GIT and MinGW to, I set the Path with c:\codetyphon;C:\CodeTyphon\fpc\fpc32\bin\i386-win32;C:\CodeTyphon\fpc\fpc64\bin\x86_64-win64; in the beginning (see my signature)...
During rebuild of Typhon64, it was fpc32 which was used instead of fpc64.
I reversed it c:\codetyphon;C:\CodeTyphon\fpc\fpc64\bin\x86_64-win64;C:\CodeTyphon\fpc\fpc32\bin\i386-win32;, restarted CodeTyphon and rebuilt Typhon64 Small then Big IDE...
Now fpc64 is used, and Typhon64 is fine.
Maybe you are in the same case ?

Hoping this will help :)

Sir
My opinion is that your PC OS has some Problems.
We install CodeTyphon on different Windows 7 installations, so many times...

You can try to use 2 different BAT files to start CT32 and CT64 setups. As a base take a look here:
