Hello,
I remove the CT4.80 with "Remove ALL from disk (FPC, Typhon and COcean)", delete the folder "C: \ codetyphon", install CT4.90 with CodeTyphonIns and build Typhon64 Small IDE
When I run Typhon64 IDE, the logo appears followed by 3 Messagebox with "Access violation" !
Where can I find the log file from building CTCENTER ?
Thank you by advance for your help

exactly the same problem ... build stage OK, launch IDE 32 and 64 on windows SEVEN 64bit= multiple access violation boxes and a final crash.

It is not because of system libraries, I am used to install typhon versions for more than one year now

Did you install system libraries => Yes
Did you have Administrator Privileges => Yes I have

The CT4.80 version works perfectly

I tested CT4.90 on my second PC Windows 7 (x64) => "Access violation"

Some clues maybe...
FPC in CT 4.90 is 2.7.1 and should have been patched, but maybe there is something wrong in some DLLs.
Better use 32bit version for the moment ;)

* The Lazarus team recommends to use the 32bit Version of Lazarus, even for working on 64bit platforms, or for generating 64 bit applications. [1]
This version will only work on 64bit Computers. By default the generated executables are 64bit applications. They will *NOT* run on any 32 bit Windows.
The following add ons are provided to be used with the 64 bit version of Lazarus:
- add-on installer to generate and debug Win32/i386 applications
For an overview what changed (includes incompatibilities with earlier versions) see:
- wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/Lazarus_1.2.0_release_notes

[1] Current released versions of FPC (2.6.x) do not include support for SEH handling. This can affect the stability of many 64 bit applications.
Therefore it is recommended to use the 32bit IDE, and generate 32bit applications only.
This will change when FPC 2.8.0 is released.

Please visit our forums and Wiki for additional information.

FPC 2.6.x/Lazarus warning (Missing support for SEH)

Warning: If you can avoid it, do not use Win64 builds of Lazarus based on FPC 2.6.x and earlier (this includes Lazarus 1.0.x and Lazarus 1.2. See below for details.

Please be aware that all current Lazarus 1.x releases use FPC 2.6.x. FPC 2.6.x (and perhaps earlier versions as well) does not properly support Windows 64 bit. Therefore, please use the 32 bit Lazarus IDE on Win64 as well. If it is absolutely necessary to build 64 bit executables (e.g. explorer extensions), please install the 64 bit cross compiler add on for the 32 bit IDE.

Details of the bug: on Windows 64, exceptions in (third party) DLLs may be raised using SEH. These exceptions should be handled within the DLL itself.

However, (at least) 2.6.x versions of FPC have a bug: FPC sees an (incorrect) FPC exception which may cause your programs (or Lazarus) to crash. This applies to DLLs like printer drivers, database drivers, Windows explorer extensions.

The issue has been fixed in the FPC development version but it is a major change and it will not be backported to FPC 2.6.x.

Sorry Sir, but this is NOT true
FreePascal in CT 4.9 support Win64 SEH handling
For this reason we build Typhon IDE, to solve the problems of Lazarus IDE...

Guys, we want the CTCenter building log to to make our problem analyses...and to give help to you...
please post more info...

PS: In our installations WinXP 32bits, Win7 64bits and Win 8.1 64bits, all are working OK
