Need Help!

VERSION 5.10 ERROR IN PLACE!!!!!

Windows 7 x64 RUS + CT 4.41 + RxDBGrid
maked application for Win32 with default options of the compiler
When editing field (type Date) the popup Calendar has unreadable Month
I thing The problem with around codepage but don't no what can I do

I compiled example at CodeOcean\RX and has the same result.
May be codetyphon work only on english language?

Ver.4.50 has the same result - NOT WORKING correctly. Month is unredable on RUS WINDOWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ver.4.60 has the same result - NOT WORKING correctly. Month is unredable on RUS WINDOWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ver. 4.80 has the same result - NOT WORKING CORRECTLY. Month is unreadable on WINDOWS 7 x64 RUS (default codepage 1251)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ver. 4.92 has the same result!!!!

Version 5.60 windows 7 (32/64) working fine and ubuntu 14.04 (32) working fine too
