I have a problem with printouts on MAC (OSX El Capitan Versin 10.11.6). Only the first page is printed correctly, the following pages and all pages of following printout are wrong.
the wrong pages are in the attachment.

I added my test Program to the attachment. it is tested on CT60, CT5.9 and older.
