We test LAB CodeTyphon ver 5.50 on
Ubuntu Studio 15.04 with Xfce Desktop info

Some screens from CodeTyphon Installation and Build procedure for GTK2:
(All actions are the same as any other CT host OS)

1)-Download CodeTyphonIns.zip
2)-Give full "sudo" permissions to current user.
add at the end of /etc/sudoers the line
3)-UnZip CodeTyphonIns.zip
4)-Run install.sh from CT directory to Install CodeTyphon
5)-CT on Ubuntu 15.04 now has MultiArch Support. You can Select MultiArch=1 from "MultiArch Setup"
6)-Install "System Libraries" from CT setup script.
7)-Build ALL (Freepascal and Typhon IDE) from sources

Some Libraries test on Xfce (GTK2) :

pl_GLScene,
pl_ORCA,
pl_VampyreImaging,
pl_Box2D
pl_APE

..

Kubuntu 15.10. I think in 15.04 going the same. CT 5.50 (QT5). In source code, text does not scroll with the mouse Why? How to fix?

this is the problem of Typhon IDE with QT5 as host platform.
My suggestion is to use QT4 as IDE host platform until we solve this problem.
