A complete rebuild from CT menu works, adding any package by hand and try to rebuild fails.

Lab release tests of CT 4.5 on Ubuntu 13.04 (lab reference OS)
don't give any problem.

PS: We found many differences between Ubuntu Linux release 12.10 and release 13.04
in OS system level.
