same issue here on win11 64bit, administrator, fresh install

Can you give us more info for your PC
-Memory, CPU, DiskSpace
-Antvirus
-etc

Your log file has 4-5 timesError



 

I googled this error (createprocess), many users using makefile with echo under windows have the same errors, i'll have a try to fix it

my env as shown: 

1TB SSD with almost 80G free

Antivirus is Windows Defender

 

Now trying to install 8.10 I am getting this error:

Ok forget that.

I had some weird nordvpn service going on.

After I deactivated it everything compiled nicely.
