I am building my own package. At first, it installs without problems or errors. Then I make changes to the source code of the package, and try to reinstall it. And then errors appear.
 
I am removing CodeTyphon completely. Installing it again. Installing the package. Everything is fine, there are no mistakes.

OS: KDE Neon 5.22 (64-bit)
Pkg in HOME of my user (/home/vital/develop/pkg/)

Did you give "sudo" root privileges to CT user ?
