we want more info
--Your Linux distribution ?
--Did you add "username ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD: ALL" to "/etc/sudoers" ?
--Did you install OS Libraries ?
--Can you open CTCenter?
If Yes go to CtCenter=>CodeTyphon=>"Remove and Build ALL"
Save the action Log, zip it and attach the zip file here.
