6.90 on Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

First of all it was surprise to obtain small IDE as default.
Than after trying to rebuild Big one, the error message was occurred:
Fatal: Unable to open file C:UsersadminAppDataRoamingtyphon64idemake.cfg -dx86_64
Built under admin rights both through bat and in CTC.

Sir
we build CT on Win10 about 10 times per day, without problem.
We tested CT 6.9 before release, on about 10 PCs with Win 10 and Win 7.

-Did you install Lazarus or FreePascal ?
-Did you follow this procedure or this procedure2
-The CT install user has administrator privileges ?
-Your PC RAM ?
-Your PC hard-disk free space ?
etc...

If it will be useful...
As you can see there are no directory separators within string
Fatal: Unable to open file C:UsersadminAppDataRoamingtyphon64idemake.cfg -dx86_64
I wonder what could lead to such strange result string?
BTW the file idemake.cfg in C:\Users\admin\AppData\Roaming\typhon64\ exists and it is not empty.

If it will be interesting|useful for you I installed VirtualBox on the notebook, than installed Ubuntu 18.04 (with full upgrades) and than installed CT there.
Everything was/is OK.

Now it is no difference where I will develop my applications using CT, but I prefer to have it on the host Windows system.

My Suggestion
-Execute CTCenter=>CodeTyphon=> "Remove and build ALL"
-Attach here (after zip) the CTC Actions log more info

-You can if you want, to attach here (after zip) and CTCenter=>HostPC=>"Get System Info" action.

With these 2 actions logs, I think we can find the problem.

Thanks Sir
I think ALL are normal in 2 log files

-Please First build Typhon small-ide from CTCenter
-Then open Typhon small-ide, and try to rebuild IDE

It's very mysterious case :(

Hi Sternas

Thank you very much for your attention, answers and advices!
But it seems the errors I obtain concerns with UAC. I do not know precisely.
It looks like I have to select something else for work.
I have no ability to reinstall Windows as I want (due to requirements from our customer).
May be next time (and next project) :).

I wish you good luck in your great work!
