Hi,
I installed CT 6.60 on Manjaro without any problems. Now i tried IT on Opensuse Leap 15. But i always get an ERROR because i didn't have the rights. I follow your Instruktion and add a line in /etc/sudoers but the ERROR is still the same...

Hi,

now i can post the ERROR:

             CodeTyphon Studio 
            Version 6.60 (GEN 6)
   Installation for: Linux-Solaris-FreeBSD-MacOS
====================================================
 
-----ERROR------ ERROR ----ERROR--------------
 
Current user can NOT run the sudo command
To correct this problem:
1) Install sudo
2) Add current user to sudo list
   with root privileges
 
-----ERROR------ ERROR ----ERROR--------------

And that's, what i wro in /etc/sudoers
#includedir /etc/sudoers.d

carsten ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD: ALL

I hope you can help me...

Open a terminal and exec
sudo nano /etc/sudoers

NOT to /etc/sudoers.d

add to the last line
carsten ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD: ALL

and start install.sh again

I didn't wrote in /etc/sudoers. d, i wrote everything in /erc/sudoers. The lines you See comes from /etc/sudoers... I made so with Manjaro and it's working, i Do so Leap 15 and I got the ERROR...

we test
Lab CodeTyphon ver 6.70 on
openSUSE-Leap-15 (openSUSE-Leap-15.0-DVD-x86_64.iso)
(again)
and we follow exactly this lab test
without any problem.

From our LAB reports we have tested openSUSE-Leap-15 for first time
at 26-05-2018 and with CT 6.50.
And we add this to CodeTyphon ver 6.50 Changes Log
-ADD/Update Support for OpenSUSE Leap 15

Hi,

i am a liitle bit confused. I installed a fresh openSUSE Tumbleweed with KDE Plasma,
uname -a

Linux pc-media-linux 5.0.2-1-default #1 SMP Thu Mar 14 08:29:17 UTC 2019 (d1f1d19) x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Then i edit
nano /etc/sudoers

and wrote in the last line
## Uncomment to allow members of group wheel to execute any command
# %wheel        ALL = (ALL) NOPASSWD:ALL

carsten         ALL = (ALL) NOPASSWD: ALL

carsten is my username. But when i start the script with
sh ./install.sh

the following message appear:

Der Benutzer carsten darf die folgenden Befehle auf pc-media-linux ausführen:
    (ALL) ALL
    (ALL) NOPASSWD: ALL

On Manjaro and mageia there are no problems, but the primary distribution is openSUSE and i can't install it.

Please use
sudo nano /etc/sudoers
to edit
/etc/sudoers file
