Did you install system Libraries ?
Did you give root permissions to CT user ?
Did you follow this this tutorial ?

My suggestion:
Open CTCenter execute action "Remove and build all"
save the action log to a file, zip and attach here
info

I think the problem is the low PC Memory

My Suggestion
1) Open CTCenter remove Typhon IDE




2) Build Small Typhon IDE




3) Add the packages you want and Self Rebuild Typhon IDE info

Same problem here - CT 6.90 Linux MINT 19.2 Tina 64-bit 4GB RAM
Yes, this is a memory problem.
Fix this by increasing swap (4 GB).
