Hi,

When multiarch is used the fpc32 folder contains only the bin folder. No units, nothing else.

Is there a simple way to install FPC32 properly?

(5.20, 5.30, 5.40, Kubuntu 14.04)

Cheers,
Leslie

Sir
we don't know how to make Debian/Ubuntu Linux, MultiArch OS  yet...
In our lab, we use Fedora 21 and OpenSuse (Redhat based) for CodeTyphon with MultiArch
please look here for more info

Sternas,

I am still trying to wrap my head around this.

Config:
CT 5.30 , Ubuntu server 32bit , LXDE desktop

Codetyphon center fails with some sort of exception which is not displayed. (Screenshot attached)
Is CT supposed to work on Ubuntu 32 bit with any desktop at all?

Sternas,

I have installed Lazarus 1.4 32 bit on the same machine (Ubuntu 14.04 32bit, LXDE) and the IDE freezes at startup the same way CT does. So it is not a CT specific problem.

Sternas,

I have done an other test with a Virtualbox guest with the same config. CT works fine there.
The machine where the problems occured is located in the cloud at DigitalOcean. So the problem relates to something specific there, not to CT.

Cheers
