Hi, I have upgraded my ct 5.0 to ct 5.1 on ubuntu 12.04 64. Typhon64 run good, but ctc is not visible anymore. The process is running but don't see the main window.

we don't test CT on so old distributions
the oldest OS in our lab is Ubuntu 13.10
My suggestion is to reinstall CT with CodeTyphonIns.zip file or
to update your Ubuntu OS

You are right, but I cannot upgrade to the 14.04 because Dell is not yet supporting it on the M4800.

Try to remove CT and then install again with classic zip file
-download CT CodeTyphonIns.zip
-extract CT
start installation

From Install script:
-select remove CT
-select Install CT
PilotLogic Architect and Core Programmer
