With the new CT 4.00 I tried to build the cross element:
FPC32 build cross element jvm-java

but got failed output. (attached)

Are there any pre-requisites for cross element building jvm-java ? (Java jdk1.7.0_07 is installed on both machines I tried: WinXP and Win7-64bit, but the resulting error log files are the same on both machines)

Any ideas are welcome.
Thanks a lot.

please check if exists
C:\codetyphon\fpc\units\jvm-java\rtl directory

Windows localization problem? or
Script localization problem ?

Thanks for the reply.
Strange, I have only those 2 Dirs:

c:\codetyphon\fpc\units\
|---i386-win32\
|---x86_64-win64\

The jvm-java\ directory is missing,
and therefore the jvm-java\rtl\ Dir also.
The same on the WinXP-Computer, (there the x86_64-win64 is obviously also not present, which is correct for 32 bit OS).

If it is not solvable by a quick look, it doesn't matter. I have no serious project with the jvm-java target at the moment.
:)

In the CT Dir I did not find any localized path names. All are original.
the windows is german version and CT did not have any issues with those windows versions in the past, so I don't expect such issues now in CT4.

So, you can wait
for ver 4.10 with FPC SVN 11-02-2013 Rev 23595

FPC from Revision 23117 (CT ver 4.10) to
Revision 23595 (lab CT) has many jvm compiler changes
