My Netbook is Windows 7 Starter

My English is not good so I'm using the Google translator, so I apologize if it is not clear.
I installed 2.70 and I wanted CodeTyphon generate 32 bit Build Lazarus IDE.
During the installation I asked several times to confirm the Windows libraries facilities.
Finally a few hours later shows me an error saying that Lazarus can not be created.
I attached a zip with the contents of the screen commands.

Have you tried building it again (or deleting the c:\codeTyphon directory completely and starting over)?

I've occasionally had it not install the first time but usually the second attempt works, more common in Linux (Ubuntu) where, for whatever reason, it has required a second build (via the CodeTyphon dialog rather than the installer) to work although on the more recent releases of CT I've not had to do this.

I did that and broke the CodeTyphon ....
Now not even let me reinstall it ....

I'm looking to get into Safe Mode to see if I can remove and reinstall completamete ...

In safe mode I could delete the folder and now I'm reinstalling CodeTyphon to see if it works.

Today it takes me a couple of hours until he did so I guess tomorrow I can not report new results.

After complete removal would not let me reinstall so I did the following to fix the problem:

1) Copy the contents of full InstallBin in the C: \ codeTyphon
2) Assemble a bat only with the statement:
START / D C: \ codetyphon \ / B setup.bat
and place it and ran from CodeTyphonIns

After the installation on the Windows desktop Lazarus32 was generated.
