Testing/working on pl_BGRAcontrols,
visual Components for pl_BGRAbitmap graphic library.

Working OK in Win32 Win64, WinCE (yes..)
and linux32, Linux64

The bgratutorial3d on Linux Mint 13 Maya is terribly slow. I enabled DoubleBuffering on form,but still
the form hardly repaints and it's hard to click on the buttons bellow.
