Hi!
I use CT 5.7 on LinuxMint 17_x64 xfce TUniqueInstance work fine I crosscompile my app to win32 is not work i see unit UniqueInstance and comment {$ifdef unix} all directive and is work fine in win32 unit UniqueInstance;
