CodeTyphon has already GTK3 support for projects.

Until now we can't give GTK3 support for Typhon IDE.
From our tests, GTK3 don't has the "widgets" to support Typhon IDE.
We don't know about GTK4.

In order to give to Typhon IDE support for GTK3 and GTK4,
we added to CT 7.30 the new pl_GTKplus  pkg.
Has GTK2, GTK3 and GTK4 (and NOT only) libraries for CT.
We build this pkg direct from GTK+ C/C++ source.
But this is under a big LAB task.

If you (or anyone) want to help us to this task, the full source is in CT 7.30.
