Why Do You Have Changed The Name Extensions Of CT Project??

Now, it's a little confusing with the CT 6.1 .

I was on 5.7 and everithing was fine...but now i have updated your software to CT6.1 and with surprise, you have changed the file of all the projects: ctpr, ppr ....because before i can opened lazarus project with ease....but now i can't...it's very confusing....
Thanks a lot in anyway.....best regards,
