The license ( archival copy ) has a nasty benchmarking results publication restriction, which is essentially censorship of technical data. That certainly does not fit with the 21. century open source spirit. Are You sure that You want to keep that?

Secondly, do I understand the license correctly that I as a freelance software developer am not allowed to include the freeware version of the CodeTyphon to the development deliverables of projects that I get paid for? The background of this question can be read from

Yes, the Re-Distribution of CodeTyphon NOT allowed.
You can give to your customer(s) the link to download CodeTyphon Studio, if the customer(s) want the programming tool.

What if project does not work with new CT? Currently there is only possibility to download 5.20 to 5.80 and older versions are not accessible online. What if application for example works only with 4.70? In such case giving a link to just latest CT version is useless. Also, we don't know how much will you keep these old versions and when will you decide to delete them from public access. I must say that is a little disturbing.
