It will be a web framework to deploy to html5 building my app from CT building visual like desktop app???

I have seen this Webxone ...this is great..but it cost like a car...is too expensive...

Can somebody share a solution like this, but Open source or Free or Shareware at reasonable Price?

i thank you....i have installed the package... but there're no samples to understand... can you help me please?

I need to make a normal code typhon software application for desktop but then to deploy like html5....is it possible with code typhon??? i don't need cgi app....because i need to make a gui in my html5 app made with code typhon......Is it possible??? i see also unigui but is only for delphi....
