we don't put any Skin Library in CT,
all free skin libraries are only for windows
But we will add you request to our To-Do list.

BGRA Controls library are cross-platform library to do what you want by your self.

But it's a very hard work: build skin-labrary for native components and keep them cross-platform and stable.. Don't foget about that, the FPC uses a lot of emm... frameworks for specific targets. That don't support some method for skin drawning, or support but draw not like we want.
