I have defined a string variable and put some text to the variable abc:= 'CT is wonderful'; SynEdit1.Lines.Add(abc); but after executing the code there is no text in the edit window. Under windows it is. Cheers Edit: It's my fault, because I have seen that there is a Clear call in my code. All seems to be OK.
