It happens sometimes that main ide window is Hide and the only way to restore it is to change the file GlassDockingRuntime.xml resetting to Normal WindowsState
 .... 
  <Item1 WindowState="Minimized" Type="CustomSite" Name="MainIDE"> 
...

Is there another way to do that?
