Hello!
It's Windows 7 x64 Typhon x64 Oracle 11g2 (local instance) (also PostgreSQL - result negative too)
Can't connect to server - No install client (oci.dll) - like message i have
But to local connection oracle does not used client - it used direct connect

Can anybody help me?
Ps. Delphi xe3 + FireDAC + Oracle are working excellence

It's my big mistake.
On my PC having some parts of previous ver of oracle (It was uninstall but...)
