Again, my antivirus blocked downloading update. This time it blocks i386-linux.7z file.
​​​I turned off antivirus, downloaded file and scanned it in virustotal. Two engines detects malicious code

I have Windows Defender in Windows 11 64bit, but like I wrote earlier I downloaded file, uploaded to virustotal and it detected "virus"

For your information,
we scan for virus CT files, before ANY release Final or LAB.

version CT 007720 worked without any problems,
after installing CT 007740 CTC can no longer be started.

/usr/local/codetyphon/binCenter/x86_64-linux-gtk2/CodeTyphon
exists but does not start.

System:    Kernel: 5.4.0-107-generic x86_64 bits: 64 compiler: gcc v: 9.4.0 Desktop: Xfce 4.14. Distro: Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS

My suggestion is to upgrade your OS to Xubuntu 21.10
From Ubuntu 20.04 release date  (23 April 2020),  many things changed to Linux world.

As recommended, I switched to a computer with the latest Linux system: pic_0
After that I rebuilt CodeTyphone: pic_01
When I try to start CTC, the missing library is reported: pic_2
The computer with the current kernel has libc version 2.33, the second
computer has version 2.31 installed. Probably that's why the start of CTC fails.
Unfortunately, version 2.34 is not available in the repositories.
Manually reinstalling version 2.34 seems too risky to me, since it is a
fundamental program part of the operating system.
 

It's NOT native CodeTyphon Problem.

1) Old GLIBC_2.33 it's NOT compatible with new GLIBC 2.34-2.35

2) For Old LAB CodeTyphon ver 7.80 Revision 007720,
for Linux/GNU, we build LAB CodeTyphon and CTCenter in Fedora 34.

3) For Latest LAB CodeTyphon ver 7.80 Revision 007740,
for Linux/GNU, we build LAB CodeTyphon and CTCenter in Fedora 35.

4) Always, we test LAB CT before release
on Latest Debian (now 11)
on latest Ubuntu (now 21.10) and
on Latest ArchLinux Distributions (Manjaro, EndeavourOS), etc

5) For this, I suggest to you to change Ubuntu Version

Yes pl_OpenSSL support TLS 1.3
for OpenSSL 1.1.1n and OpenSSL 3  more info

With "Loaders" you can load "multi-libraries" like OpenSSL, FFmpeg, OpenCV, etc
from any directory you want.
For sample in the pic below the test OpenSSL3 project, load OpenSSL libraries from
C:\codetyphon\binRuntimes\x86_64-win64\openssl\     folder,
NOT from executable folder or from OS folder.

With "Loaders Technology" programmers can test many version of "multi-libraries".
