We start CT tests on Pi3 with new Raspbian OS 2019-06-20-raspbian-buster-full
suitable for Pi3 and Pi4.

-No more black border on screen... like previews Raspbian :)

with minimum 4G RAM
to test/start CodeTyphon AArch64 architecture (arm64) as Host OS
