Using CT 6.00, it shows the message every time:

Stage 5: Copy Files and Units
[ERROR]: FPC64 Cross Element aarch64-android Param:xxxx NOT Exists
sorry, Cross Build procedure STOP

My environment is Ubuntu 16.04 64bit with 8G memory and 1T storage disk.

Anyone could help?
