Following error message showing in message window

What it means and how to correct it?

the procedure is the same for all Host OSes

I remove all and installed again then created arm-linux element and compile the project success fully
but after installing arm-wince element it shows following error now
Fatal: Can't find unit system used by Project1

for arm-wince you must build FPC-element first

after creating arm-wince element raspberypi2 target shows that error

after recreation of arm-linux element it works now
