I looked at the page Cross-Build for Android and I went through the steps
I created a project and build it and I get a fatal error:
clipboard.pp (251.3) Fatal: Can not find: fasthtmlparser byClipbrd use LCLBase package.

I use 5.6 CT

this is a problem, we fixed in Lab CT 5.70 revision 005630
give us time to release this revision 005630

When do you expect to publish the version 5.70?
Is it possible fix that problem in 5.6 myself?

Compilation seems fine with lab version 5.70

=> download and test this version from "CTCenter->Update Manager" and select CT "Development Version"

Tested in stable CT 5.70 and Stable CT 5.80 still happens... Only when you try to compile on LINUX HOST to ARM target.
Compiling on WIN XP to ARM target work fine.

How to solve?

is FreePascal file
in all these cases please try:

Typhon IDE=>Tools="Rescan FPC Source Directory"
