TOPIC:

I tried to build tool chain (arm-android) on a fresh installation of CodeTyphon 5.40 on Windows-7 64bit, but it failed.
FPC CPU-OS Target ==> arm-android

That automatically sets

Binutils Target CPU ==> arm
and
Binutils Target OS ==> android

Are there any tutorials on how to achieve this?

CodeTyphon Project has 3 parameters:
CPU-OS-Platform (or Widget Win32, GTK2 ,QT5 etc)

look here for more help (we must update this )

You must set and Platform (LCLWidgetType) to customdrawn info

the Cross-build procedure is the same for all Targets and on all Host-OSes
