Hello
I want to use Typhon 4.9 on win7 64 bit to code an application that will run on a handeld terminal with win ce

I have found a link the following tutorial:

www.pilotlogic.com/sitejoom/index.php/wi...ross-build-for-wince

But I don't understand the following point discussed in the tutorial:

2. Prepare CodeTyphon Studio
Build Lazarus32 Element for arm-Wince
Only for 64bit Windows, switch first from CodeTyphon Center to lazarus32 IDE

Where can I find this "Lazarus32 Element for arm-Wince"?
How can I switch to Lazarus 32 IDE?

Thank for your help

You got a picture below point 2.

Open CodeTyphon center, then menu CrossBuild -> FreePascal 32bits -> FPC32 build cross element arm-wince.
All like on the picture.

Hello jack_

I have seen this beautiful picture and I have already done the proposed step without success.

In Code Typhon Center, I have a "Cross element for arm-wince" under FreePascal Compiler but this is not sufficient

First problem:
No "Lazarus" menu in Code Typhon Center as shown on the picture! (I have "FreePascal" and "CodeTyphon" menu but no "Lazarus") and no Lazarus IDE in status. So it is impossible to switch from Typhon IDE to Lazarus IDE as requested for win 64bit

Second problem:
In Typhon IDE, the tab "Compiler Option" doesn't display the Target platform area! So it is not possible to define specific "Target OS", "Target CPU" and "Target Processor"

So, I think that something is missing in this tutorial or that something has changed since Typhon version 4.30 (I have the same behavior with Typhon v.4.8 and v.4.9)

Does anyone have an idea to solve this problem?

Thank for your help

Hi Octave,

for your First problem:
start Typhon32 (~Lazarus32) instead of Typhon64 if you need to crossbuild for WinCE.
Of course the corresponding toolchain has to be built first like jack_ indicated it.

for your Second problem:
yes, the screens have a bit changed but it looks almost the same ;)
