After I read articles on wiki, I would like be sure that I understood everything correctly. If I misunderstood something, please give me proper explanation.

In article "Cross-build CodeTyphon Procedure" you have listed 5 cross-build elements and 5 steps needed to be done.

First two steps are needed to make toolchain elements, but you already have them prebuilt and available for downloaded, so those two steps are not needed in most cases. If needed, rebuild of those elements can be done over build cross element menu item.

Next 3 steps are done after you select target and CPU in project options and start building the project.

For some specific targets (like Android and Linux) that need system libraries, those can also be downloaded from GUI.

Since some elements and libraries are already ready for usage, there is no need for step 2 mentioned in article "Cross-Build for Android".

Linux system libraries needs to be downloaded, but cross build elements are already included.

I hope that everything I just wrote is correct. I just need confirmation. ;)

I figured out that something that I wrote in my previous post, actually is not good. Step 2 mentioned in article "Cross-Build for Android" is still absolutely necessary in order to build FPC cross compiler (ppcrossarm).

This means that we still have to use "FPCxx build cross element arm-android" option from the GUI. Maybe we could get those cross compilers prebuild and available for download in same way as toolchain elements and system libraries?

This is possible Sir
but
we check FPC source (compiler session) when build FPC cross compiler.
We will remain on "Build ALL from Source" line
More time is NOT problem for us at this CT Generation.

For test download any FPC version and try to build arm-android or arm-linux cross compiler
