We start LAB CT 7.10 tests on NetBSD Version 9.0

-CT Installation : OK
-Building FPC and Typhon BigIDE : OK
-Installed about 60 Packages to Typhon IDE for now.
-IDE Debugger : LLDB (GDB give many errors...)

-- To do list

-Build libQT4Pas
-Build libQT5Pas
