To solve this
Install
-ds_GlassDocking_IDE and
-pl_GlassDocking
packages and rebuild IDE

OR

Go to Typhon IDE=>Package=>"Install/Unistall Packages"
a) Hit on "Medium Big IDE" button
b)"Save and rebuild IDE"
