it shows some errors
any idea and suggestion?

We build CT to MacOS Monterey (Intel) 2-5 times per day,
without problem.

yes,i followed the tut

i removed XQuartz.
installed Xcode Command Line
disabled Gatekeeper
set my account with nopassword
installed MacPorts
run install.sh
Environment Libraries were installed successfully.
but press 8.it stucked here

i am continuing find out what's wrong with this issue,it looks like missing something on my OS

Can you open CTCenter ?
If yes,
try to build FPC with CTCenter, zip and attach here the Action Log of CTCenter info

yes,i opened CTCenter ver 7.60 ,
can i find any manual for CTCenter?
i need learn how to use this tool to compile fpc at first
it's strange,i cant start up CTCenter in command line by press1.
i can open it from launchbar named CodeTyphon

Yes, from Launch bar exec "CodeTyphon" app is the CTCenter

CTCenter => Compiler => FreePascal Remove and Build All

Your MAC GCC use OLD  Command Line Tools from Xcode.app.
On MacOS 11 and 12,
MAC GCC use Command Line Tools from  /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/

My suggestion is:
totally remove XCode, Command Line Tools and
Reinstall All again.

it's sad,

after my test,reinstalled XCode Command Line Tools is version 13,it doesn't support to install CT 7.6,and I downgrade the system to Big Sur and replace the Command Line Tools to 12.5,it's okay,and then ,upgrade the system to Monterey,the Command Line Tools is still 12.5 ,use this version ,install CT 7.6 is no problem,but use the newest Command Line Tools Version Clang Version 13,the installition crashed.
BTW,newest monterey doesn't support install cmdtools version 12.5 anymore.

For you info
In MacOS 11 and 12, Command Line Tools are NOT part of XCode
and installed to /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/ directory.

are there any advice to install on new monterey?

Try this
and CTCenter => CodeTyphon => "Remove and Build ALL"

If the above NOT work, try and

i'v tried.
even i reinstalled the whole Monterey 12.0.1 OS.
the default cmdlineis /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools,
the same error again

Open CTCenter and Update ( info ) to LAB CT 7.70
and test
