Did you follow this tutorial ?

We build CT to MacOS Monterey (Intel) 2-5 times per day,
without problem.

The problem start from line 5379 of your log
ld: warning: pointer not aligned at address 0x2F29EB (_RTTI_$SYSTEM_$$_TDISPDESC + 35 from /usr/local/codetyphon/fpcsrc/rtl/units/x86_64-darwin/system.o)

Which XCode version have your PC ?
Here we have the latest Version 13.1 (13A1030d)

the difference is
gcc
Configured with: --prefix=/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/usr --with-gxx-include-dir=/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX.sdk/usr/include/c++/4.2.1
Apple clang version 13.0.0 (clang-1300.0.29.3)
Target: x86_64-apple-darwin21.1.0
Thread model: posix
InstalledDir: /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Toolchains/XcodeDefault.xctoolchain/usr/bin

i'll correct this path and try again..

Ok

Your MAC GCC use OLD  Command Line Tools from Xcode.app.
On MacOS 11 and 12,
MAC GCC use Command Line Tools from  /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/

My suggestion is:
totally remove XCode, Command Line Tools and
Reinstall All again.

it's sad,

after my test, reinstalled XCode Command Line Tools is version 13,it doesn't support to install CT 7.6,and I downgrade the system to Big Sur and replace the Command Line Tools to 12.5,it's okay, and then ,upgrade the system to Monterey, the Command Line Tools is still 12.5 ,use this version ,install CT 7.6 is no problem, but use the newest Command Line Tools Version Clang Version 13,the installition crashed.
BTW,newest monterey doesn't support install cmdtools version 12.5 anymore.

For you info
In MacOS 11 and 12, Command Line Tools are NOT part of XCode
and installed to /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/ directory.

Try this
sudo rm -rf /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools
xcode-select --install

and CTCenter => CodeTyphon => "Remove and Build ALL"

If the above NOT work, try and
sudo xcode-select -switch /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools
